I am the administrator of a Definity network, consisting of two G3siR's, one G3R, and several SRP's. I have taken the Sumaria Basic Admin course (as well as the Infinity Admin course). I want to take a maintenance course that will give me a basic knowledge of what to do or not do until a technician would arrive (diagnose, maybe swap a circuit pack, etc). I work in a call center where down time must be kept to a minimum. Could anyone recommend a course/s that would best benifit my situation? Am I better going to a company other than AVAYA/Sumaria?
