Hello. I need help with the proper parameters to generate a traffic report on the Mitel 3300 i.e. MCD 4.2. I keep getting no traffic files found or cannot find. I am using the maintenance command window to view data collection. In short, I am looking for the best way to generate a low level peg count for inbound trunk calls. I also have putty but would need assistance with setup. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

I have managed to get the traffic report queued for printing if that helps. How can I print or display the data command line?

Putty to RTC IP address on port 1754 if the reports are queuing to LPR1

I figured it out per your instructions. Thanks so much bobcheese! I understand it keeps 10 records then overwrites? Can you help me understand how that works? I need to capture stats from 8 am to 8 pm and the intervel is set to 60 which is fine as this gives me hourly peg counts on the trunks. I need to be able to go back and print 12 hours of data from each day. I noticed some of the afternoon traffic files were not found and I need to ensure that I have a complete day of stats. Thanks again!

Try capturing to file rather than just using a putty session to view

I looked into file capture rather than on screen putty view. I'm not finding a way that this works. Can you help guide me? Thanks

its under sessions->logging, choose a location of the save file. Or use terraterm instead its a little bit more user freindly
