Traffic measurement deciffering

Hi, I'm having a problem with a Opt.11c Mini that sometimes (2-3 times pr year) locks up all callhandling in the expansion-chassis.
The exp-chassis holds the Dect-system(DMC-8 + DMC-4) and MerMail(MM-13).
Switch is on Rls. 25.15
Thought it could have someting to do with system resources, so i activated Traffic-measurements in LD 2, but the printout doesn't tell me so much.
If anyone can shead some light on this I'd be glad

Noticed in the TFS 004 block (CPU load)
that theres several fields that just reads ****
meaning that the switch cant calculate this values.
Just cant understand why.
