Traffic information from ipLDK-60

I'm trying to get call stats out of our ipLDK-60 and the best I can do is to get some hard to manipulate dos-prompt data dumps via telnet. Does anyone have a method or software package that allows you to extract and/or analyse the call stats from an LG-Nortel ipLDK-60 system?

you can get it by serial port connect either to hyperterminal then convert to excel or connect to billing software
