We have a customer that uses ATT take back and tranfers coming into our system. Is there a way to track who uses the *8 transfer code with in the S8700 system? We have some agents who are abusing this transfer option and we'd like to figure out who it is.
The *8 is not a trunk to trunk transfer. It's stays on the same line the call came in on (or drops off the same line as the case may be). The CDR would have to capture "in call" digits. I dont think CDR captures that does it?
