Tracking down Caller ID

I've read through quite a few pages here and I seem to have buried alot of my BCM knowledge. First off, our CallerID isn't showing up on the handsets, even if you use F811, it just shows the number.

We have a T1 that is feeding our BCM.

Anything to double check?

Forgot to mention, I can't see Lines right now in line monitor. I need to restart the service as it does this occasionally. Ideally I could get some funding to upgrade the software, but.....
 
Not sure what the difference is between PRIM and a T-1. There is a T1 coming in the building that connects to ATT Cisco 2800 series route, which then connects to the BCM.

On each set I have the Caller ID box checked for their DID line.
 
Are you saying you are getting the caller's number but not their name? If so change the First Display from number to name. Also check with your service provider to make sure you're subscribed to Caller ID name and number.
