Hello.

I am on an older Norstar Flash system. Someone in our office accidentally dialed "911" today, and nobody will fess up. Is there a way we can go back and check outgoing logs, to see which extension it came from?

Only if you are using some kind of call accounting software.

SHK Certified (School of Hard Knocks)

You'll have to install a Nortel SMDR unit to provide the call tracking, also.

The cheapest thing to do, is install a SMDR and hook it up to a computer that is running HyperTerminal. I think you can save the HyperTerminal data as it is collecting.

Convertec in Burlington Ont has a call recording software that works very well.

When in doubt RTFM (read the friggin manual)
