Is there a simple way to track what web pages are being used that will not require inserting counters into all our pages? Basicly I am just trying to find out what pages no one uses and which are being used.

Use Log Parser ( to analyze your log files.

One of the problems you will have is that tool will only tell you what pages ARE being used if you analyze the web logs. There is a query that LogParser will execute which will analyze your directory structure and tell you when the files were last ACCESSED. Ask on Log Parser after you get used to it and the author will probably respond with how to do this.

Ah, I see what you mean now. I was looking at the wrong set of logs from IIS.
