Track priority changes in ARS 5.1

Here's an interesting one that's cropped up for me.

Without modifying Remedy (seems to take ages as I'm not allowed to do it), how can I track priority changes? I didn't notice a field that could help in either HPD_HelpDesk or CSD_Call__Actions that could provide what I need.

All I need to find out is that the priority has changed from 1 to something else.
