Track print jobs

Under the System log in event viewer I can see event type 10 which are print jobs submitted to network printers. Is there any way I can collate this information in an ongoing log file to see what kind of jobs and sizes are going across the network?

Maybe something under performance, not sure what I'm looking for though.
