Track inbound e-mails by address?

Hello all,
I have a request from the boss that I am not sure about.
Is there a way I can flag an inbound e-mail address?

Perhaps every time XXX@AAA.com (an outside address) sends someone in our organization an e-mail, can I have Exchange CC me?
I would need to see the contents of the inbound, not just the fact that person send a message.

I'm not actually sure if this is possible, but the first thing your boss should do is investigate the possible legal pitfalls of intercepting communications in this way. It really is a minefield and perhaps best left alone!

We have a former employee that seems to be trying to recruit a current employee. If you knew my boss, that is THE supreme no-no. I guarantee he will take the chance of a lawsuit to prevent this kind of behavior…

If you have no software in place like MailSweeper or the like, the only thing I could think of is to utilise archiving faetures in Exchange. (think it may be called Journaling in 5.5) where every single inbound and outbound mail would be copied to a mailbox that you could then trawl through.

If this sounds in any way useful, I;ll try and help track down some info on setting it up.

I found an article in Technet about Journaling in 5.5.
I will do the research from here, but it does not look good.
The line that makes me not want to try it is this

"serious problems may occur that may require you to reinstall Microsoft Windows NT Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, or both"
