Track changes printing problem

When printing a document with track changes, if I print in BW to a printer which is capable of color, certain changes (ones shown in red on the screen) do not appear at all. If I open the EXACT same document and print to the EXACT same printer as another user, it prints ok.

I've been through the printer settings and Word options in detail for both users and can find no difference. The driver is identical for each as well.

Anyone know where else to look?
