Is there a better way to trace those calls.
In sysmon the the call starts as a number block straight where ARS is the first match.
The IPhone logs show nothing like the the number dialed or anything like that.
The system is dialing the wrong number.
The user dials any number from IPhone keypad , internal extension or external number and they system connects to the cell phone number of the installer. The installer says that he connected using his android when he initially setup the user. His number exists nowhere in the cfg or voicemail.
I have seen this before.
Delete the user and then sync the directory of 1XP (or wait 5 minutes)
Then recreate the user and sync again.
Then set the number again.
When you login as an admin in 1XP then you go to the section phonebook integration (i see it in Dutch so i do not know the right name of it)
Then you can sync it.
gotcha. So from the one x admin session, delete the one x user then resync the directory then rebuild user then resync the directory again. Repopulate the one x user with information and test.
I can select any user and only have two options Get All or Put Selected.
Create User and Delete User stay grayed out.
Docs says to add or delete the user in ipo config. I suppose that means Manager.
Just want to make sure that I am doing this right.
