Touch Tone Issue 1

Hello,

I have an Option 81C with 3904 and 3903 phones. Some of my 3904 phones, the touch tone works when you are dialing.

But I have a few that the touchtone is disabled. I search thru the previous questions but could not find information for my problem.

I have a user that wants the touchtone on.

Do you mean that the caller does not hear touch tones?? If so you can change keyclick to on in the option settings of the phone.
