Totally logout from server

im using netware 3.12 server with maximum 25 user connection. When someone already logout from the server it doesn't totally logout from server, i can see it from connection information through load Monitor module. For exampe if user 'A' is disconnect from connection number 5, the status for connection list number 5 is 'Not-Logged-in' and it make someone else cannot use that connection. The only way to clear that connection is delete it from Monitor module manually. How can i make it automatically clear that 'Not-Logged-In' connection?

Use NLICLEAR.
e.g. load nliclear poll=600
This will clear not logged in connections after 5 minutes.
