Top N for all records

I need to have a chart of the top 25 rows returned from a query. Doing this with the group expert breaks it out by the group and I want this for the whole report.

I am counting number of records per the field eventtype.

Can I get there from here?

If you are creating a chart to be placed in the report footer or report header, the groups in the main report are irrelevant. Add {table.eventtype} as your "on change of" field and add your summary (count of eventtype}. Then highlight {table.eventtype} in the "on change of" area and click on topN. Choose topN, with N = 25.
