Tools bar missed

I have missed the tools bar and i can´t do anything with my application.
Please can anybody help me?

Click on view, toolbars. If the toolbar is hidden check the check boxes to get them back.

The problem is that the main tool bar is lost. Only appears the BO report and I can´t do aything
