I support multiple W2k servers. On just one of them I am unable to right click in the toolbar area and bring up anything. We do not use policies other than show logoff and do not show shutdown since this system uses terminal services. I can not right click to get a task bar or to get to the toolbar options. I can not click when logged onto the server locally or when accessing it remotely thru TS. This is in a single server location with only 5 users max. I have looked everywhere to find what restriction may be set, but can find nothing. Anyone got any ideas. Thanks

does right-clicking work at all, e.g. can you right click on the desktop or on an icon and get a menu? There are a couple of policies that disable altering the taskbar, but I doubt that's your issue...did you try reapplying SP2?

I can right click on any other operation that I have tried. It is only the taskbar that does not recognize a right click. Left clicks are ok.

the only policy I can think of that may cause this is the "Disable changes to Taskbar and Start Menu Settings" under User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Start Menu & Taskbar. I know you said you didn't change anything though...
