Toolbars from Word 6.0 to Word 97, normal.dot

I want to take over my toolbars from Word 6.0 to Word 97.
When I click at normal.dot of Word 6.0 then word97 starts and asks me if I want to run the makros. When I accept, all my toolbars were created in Word97.
But when I save the normal.dot, next time I open, the toolbars are disappeared. Not only from the view, because I cannot choose them in the Toolbar-List.

Has anyone a good idea how to do it?
