Toolbars are gone 1

Hello

Major excel newbie here.. i was messing around with my Excel 2k3, and I manged to make my main toolbar disappear.. the one that says File,View,Tools, Options, Data and so on..

how can I get that back??!?! I found how to get the rest of the tool bars back, but not that one..

help?

I'm not sure in 2003 but in 2000 right click on the top toolbar. Select 'Customize' Then select the toolbar tab.
Scroll to the bottom and click the box 'Worksheet menu bar'

that was it! I had it selected already, but i just hit the Reset button and that did it...
