tool to show Domain\user name and what that user has access to on that

We're a NT 4 domain, prepping to go to a 2003 AD Domain. Prior to conversion I need to get the file shares/permission for a 2003 server that sits on the NT 4 domain. Is there a resource kit tool I can run. Basically I want to get a text file that will show Domain\user name and what that user has access to on that server.
