Tool to find Data Difference b/w 2 tables

Hi,
I have a Question can I find a tool which gives the "DATA" Difference
between 2 tables of 2 Different databases (MDBs)
say for eg.
We have an EMP table in MDB-A with 5 Records
and another EMP table in MDB-B with 8 Records
I need a tool which is able to get the "DATA" Difference
in each Column b/w these 2 tables and it should also
list the 3 non existing records in MDB-A. a
report should be generated which Displays Difference in the Column
values and the Non existing records too.
I found some tools which gives the Structure ,
Difference but not the "DATA" Difference

If the two tables are related by a common field you can simply run a Find Unmatched Query Wizard to locate which records are not reflected in the table with less records. Go to the database window and click new and one of the choices is this sort of query. The main thing is that you have to have one field related between the two tables prior to running the query.
