Tool to determine access rights on file system

Hi,

I'm looking for a tool or way to determine (list) which user has access to which folders on a file system.
Server = W2K SP4.
Same question if server = W2K3.
Eg. : To which (sub)folders does John Doe have access on drive map X ?
