Tool to change Full reports to webi

Hi:

Ive heard there is a tool to convert full client reports into Webi reports. Has anybody heard of this or have info?

The report migration tool is part of 6.5. and XI r2. It does a pretty lousy job in 6.5. It's much better for XI.
