Tool for separating fused pairs???

Does anyone know of a tool used to split fused pairs (Cat5/Cat6 plenum)? Scissors/knives are time-consuming and tough on the fingers.

I've heard there was a tool, but can't find anything in the catalogs.

My solution to the bonded pair cable was to use different cable. I used the bonded once and won't go back.
