When I open Internet explorer the File,Edit,View,Favorites,Tools and Help menus are missing.Also the Back button forward,stop,home etc toolbar doesn't come up.If I open the control panel and then go to favorites and pick a site,it will open up with all the tool bars I described above. When I right click on the blank toolbar when opening IE 6 directly everything is whited out and I can't make any changes to fix it,same way when getting to a site through Control panel or windows explorer. I tried deleting the reg entry (IT Bar layout)that didn't change anything. I've run my spyware software and it doesn't see anything and I have no viruses.
