Too much space in my report

Hi:
I am making a report with a report header and about 90 paragraph-like entries. The page header and footer are empty. The output puts the report header as well as most of the 90 entries on separate pages leaving LOTS of empty space in the report. However, it does not do this for all of the entries. Some entries are placed together on 1 page, breaking the second entry onto 2 separate pages. Then the second page is left blank at the end of the second entry.
Does anyone have any ideas how to put one entry after another regardless of where the page breaks fall.
Thanks!!!!

for the controls in the sections, make sure their CanShrink property = YES.
for the sections themselves - do the same.

Under VIEW menu - SORTING AND GROUPING, check the "KEEP TOGETHER" setting for each section. Try it first with "KEEP TOGETHER" set to NO for each section to see if it helps.

This worked! Thanks. Now another problem appeared. Access inserts a space and hard return at each page break AND it deletes the next line of my entry. Although the report looks perfect in Access, the exportation into rtf or txt files messes it up. Any ideas.
Thanks!!!

Afraid I can't help you here with RTF. exporting to RTF always messes it up with no resolution to the problems (to my knowledge).

However, another solution might be one that I highly recommend is that you export to .snp (SNAPSHOT VIEWER) INSTEAD...
that would solve the problems as it exports beautifully.
however, it becomes a completely encapsulated file then (no edits/modifications allowed).

And all users with (office 97?) OFFICE 2000 and beyond, supposedly have snapshot viewer already installed so all they have to do is click to open the file.

I use this for all reports exported to a file (for customer and internal distribution).
