I am interested in any recommendations about tightening security on my voice platform, specifically with an eye to toll fraud. I am currently using an Avaya Definity G3R v9.5 and Octel Serenade 200/300 voicemail.
What vulnerabilities should be addressed, e.g. voicemail passwords, remote access, ARS, etc.?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
