I have an old 486 with win98se that I'm not using at present and two local networks, a ethernet with my dsl and a token ring. I really don't want to toss out the token ring after all the time I put in it to get it running. So, is it possible to turn my 486 dx100 into a proxy 'server' with two NICs or will it just go "...aghhhh" and refuse to work. thanks to all.
