This is a broad question, but I'm just looking a little direction. We are trying to make our AIX servers more secure. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has implemented token card login for root’s password or if it’s even possible. I’ve searched the web with no luck. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

If you want to make your servers more secure you can use SSH instead of telnet and FTP. You can also make sure unused services are turned off. I don't think token vs ethernet will make any difference in the security of a server unless you want to keep root from logging in because your token ring is down :-(
