To Refresh choice in Dialog list (R4.6)

Hi,

In R5, For Dialog list we have option like "Refresh choice on document refresh" property. But I'm doing it in R4.6.This Option "Refresh choice on document refresh" is excluded in R4.6.I want to do the same in R4.6.

How do i make this exception?
