to many open Files after Applying NW5.1SP6

After installation of SP6, on my 3 NW5.1 Servers the number of open files shown in Monitor, increases from formerly 700 to sometimes over 9000. The Performance seemed to be normal but became more and more poor.
Monitor shows that nlsmeter.nlm causes high cpu-utilisation.
Unloading connaudit.nlm and nlsmeter.nlm resolves the Problem for a time and the number of open files shown was normal, but the Problem comes again.
Is there anyone who has the same Problem or a solution. On Novell's Sites i can't find something about it.

nlsrup.nlm isn't loaded, only connaud.nlm and nlsmeter.nlm, do i need this files and how to prevent them from loading.

According to that TID you can unload and rename those NLM's.
