I send the command FICAP to my system and no result,
I do send it again,30 mn later and the system answer
Command busy. Folowing day I have the same thing.
Why is it taking so long?

Some problem with your system. Try command SFCEI (usually non service affecting unless something really bad is wrong with the PBX) it resynchronises the program units. Can you perform other FI commands like FIDAP?

FIFCP is ok.
