TNS connectivity problems

Hi,

I get an error "_oci_open_server: ORA-12154: TNS:Couldn't resolve TNS..." trying to connect to an oracle server (8.1.6) via a 8.1.5 client (Net8) using the OCI functions (of PHP). Same thing via ODBC ! But everything works fine using the TNS in SQLPlus. Does anybody have a solution for this problem ?
