Im having a problem on my Control LAN card TN799c. It's almost three days that my connection to the cms always disconnected but it will automatically restore after a few seconds. This happens everyday but the other C LAN card is stable and did not experience any disconnection. Two of my CLAN card have a different TN. They were TN799DP C lan card. Is it possible that TN799c is having an issue in terms of "bug" compare to TN799DP version? Thanks.

Do you mean your CMS link (PBX to CMS) is going down, or your connection to CMS through CentreVU (PC to CMS) is going down?

If the link is going down:
Do you see any errors in the Maintenance Error Log Report on CMS?
Have you been able to test the C-LAN board when you have the outages? Any errors?
When the link is down, can you ping the CMS Server from the C-LAN board?
Can you ping the CMS Server at all when the link is down?

Hi! Actually, its the connection between the PBX and the CMS is my problem. I was not able to perform any test because the outagewas so abrupt and the errors that I found is error type 1538 and 2306. I also readt the manuals and according to it, its a session status test (test #1286). It means that some sessions are up while some are not. On the cms side, it generates an error code 1400 that means collection session is down due to connection between the PBX and CMS is having a problem. Right now, I will do a reset of the board and replace the LAN cable connected to it.

Have you check speed and duplex? You should hard code the switch port rather that let it auto-negotiate. Try 10Mb/half.
