TN2501AP firmware upgrade

Hi! Are you aware in the PCN relesed by AVAYA this year regarding firmware upgrade of all TN2501AP board vintage models below FV7? I have that kind of board which has the config below:

Is the FW004 the firmware vintage number? Can I use the downloadable firmware file through avaya.com to be uploaded in all my announcement board with this mpdel? Thanks.

That is correct the FW### is the firmware vintage & HW### is the hardware vintage. It is important to not that some firmware vintages can only be applied to specfic Hardware vintage cards. You can download the firmware from support.avaya.com then use the instructions at the following site to upload the firmware to your CLAN then transfer it to your VAL board: ftp://ftp.avaya.com/incoming/Up1cku9/tsoweb/firmware/TNpackFirmwareDownloadInstructions.pdf
