TN2302AP compatibility with TN799C on a G3

I've got a cust. running a G3 Definity with TN2404 proc. TN799C and a TN2302AP HV3 F/W 29. He tried to add 2 different TN2302AP's HV3 F/W 55's and they reset his system every few minutes. I've tested them on my switch with no problems. Could there be a compatibility issue with the CLAN? I can't find info. on the Avaya web-site for this problem. All input is appreciated!
