TN2224CP causing PKT-BUS and SYS-LINK major alarms

I have a G3 SI V11. Just purchased a new TN2224CP but when i insert the card it causes PKT-BUS and SYS-LINK major alarms. I have tried inserting the card in to different slots to make sure it's not bent pins. Any suggestions??

Try another card.

phoneguy55 is right. There could be a short on the card itself. I had a TN2181 do the same thing to me.
