TN 2224CP 24 Port Digital Circuit Pack 2

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the TN 2224CP 24 Port digital card and the TN 2224B 24 Port digital card? We are looking to add more 24 port cards to our cabinet but I need to know if we can use this new card. We are currently using TN 2224B's in our cabinets. I havent been able to find any documentation on this card. Thank you in advance for your help.

I believe it is just a more up to date card. If it is like the rest of my suf2 P version cards, the firmware is capable of being upgraded as revisions come out from avaya.
When I did a list config all, I only have TN2224B cards as the highest and they have a vintage number. Any other type of card such as my c-lan TN799D P has a hardware number and a firmware version under the vintage catagory.

Don't think there is such a card as the "TN2224CP" - could it be possible that you're confusing this with the "TN2224B DCP" card? If not, where did you get the reference this "CP" card?

Dialtone - thats possible. A vendor told us about the TN2224CP Circuit Pack. Have you heard of the TN2224B DCP card and is it a new one? Thank you,

I think that TN2224CP stands for TN2224 Circuit Pack (CP). The cost on eBay is well below what a new 2224 would cost.

I disagree. The 2224's are averaging $600 on ebay, the B's are going for around $900. This is the first one listed as a CP for $1200. Hey!!!!!!!! Aren't there any vendors/resellers out there in Definity Land who can clear this one up???????? -CL
