I have a three cabinet option 11C with one Pri connected to a TMDI card (with duaghterboard) in the main cabinet. I need to add two more PRIs one for a long distance carrier and one for a tie line. Do I need to purchade D-channel duaghterboards for each new TMDI card?

Correct, there is no d-channel daughter board on a TMDI, just the clock controller which if all your t-1s are in the same cabinet you only need 1. If this is an old Option 11 with fiber expansion cabinets then all your T-1's must go in the main cabinet. If this is a CS1000 with MGC cards then you need a clock controller in each media gateway.

Great. Appreciate the assistance.

One more question. When I bring the dch up and fdl it. This is not service affecting to the operating d channel while it up loads firmware?

Correct, it wont affect the other one.

Thanks just wanted to be sure. Its not every day I turn on of these up.
