TM3.1 Unable to get web page

OTM3.1 has successfully installed on windows 2003 server and i could able to login to telephony manager software successfully,but cant get TM web page by while browsing that page.Can any one advise me to solve this issue.
 
Iam using same procedure which one you have mentioning above.Iam getting page cannot be displayed message.Also its browsing up to login.asp page but its not showing web page.

Check the web service to make sure it is in started/running state - or bounce it. If its still not working try rebooting too if you haven't - I can't recall if you need to reboot after installing it. You should also list what browser you are using when trying to launch the page - IE8 FireFox, etc?
 
That could be your problem. I was having issues with some Nortel web pages on IE8 (namely Contact Center scripting) so I had to downgrade back down to IE7. I can't recall now if IE8 worked with OTM properly. We have 3.1 also and RARELY use OTM. If you happen to have another machine with IE7 or lower try that so you don't have to mess with your IE8 machine :)
