We just had TM installed and Common Network Directory created by retrieving the CPND names on the switch. Everything was fine except we had some issues loosing addons on 3904 phone configurations. So TM was reinstalled.
The vendor used LD95 to add several missing cpnd names but unfortunately type the names in reverse.
So I modified the Common Network record so that First name and Last name are correct. But when I bring up the Station and click the button to copy from the directory for key 0, it says directory record does not exist.

Can someone tell me how to correct this problem?

Thanks!

I the TM there is the TM Directory accessable in the TM manager (web), you make the cahanges in there. Then on the set information in TM Manager you go to the Directory part and assign the user then go to key 0 and copy the CPND from Directory (Obviously there needs to be an entry in TM diredtory in the CPND box). After your happy with the Directory / Sets, then use the CND Sync to transfer the changes to CND.
