TM 3.1 NOT UPDATING LDN AS USED NUMBER...WHY?

IN TM 3.1,cdp,ldn and pldn numbers are coming as unused numbers in once i am adding extention to in that site.So that coudnt able to add that number.Any advice ???

On the TM server; system properties->customer Tab->properties->numbering plan you can define the numbers there. Hope this helps.
