TM 3.1 Corporate Directory 1

I am running TM 3.1 and my Corporate Directory is working properly. The problem is that I have a bunch of numbers I would like to "exclude" from showing up. I created the "Corpdirexclude.csv" file and copied the numbers I want ecluded. After several tries, my Log is telling me that it uploaded fine (no errors), but the numbers are still in the directory. I can't figure out why they won't go away.

I am trying (again) to do a CND Sync, but it seems to be taking forever, so I am not sure if that is the problem (although I am not getting any errors).

In Station Administration, I uncheck the Include in Corporate Directory checkbox to exclude unwanted sets from my corporate directory, and that works fine.

I was never able to get the exclude csv file to work properly.

I think I figured out the inculde/exclude csv format:

"Smith","John","2166","no","0","","Indiana\CS1000"
"Doe","John","2167","no","0","","Indiana\cs1000"
"Who","Doctor","2168","no","0","","Indiana\cs1000"
"Storm","Rain","2169","no","0","","Indiana\cs1000"
"Melton","Ice","2170","no","0","","Indiana\cs1000"

You have to add quotes around each field.

No, I did not get mine to work yet. I have the quotes, proper format - still no luck.

I found that the entries that you want to exclude must all be in the main file that is created by Corp Dir. If even one does not, the exclude thing won't work. Plus, watch the headers in both the main and exclude files. They are not the same. The Exclude file has 6 column headers while the main corp dir file has 7. Match them up right and it will work.

Yes, I found out the column headers are different, I fixed that. I also copied all of the exclusions from my corporate directory, so I know they are there. I hear that the next version of TM (Version 3.2) has new features that fix this problem, so I am hoping they are right.
