We have just upgraded to TM 3.1 and I had about 10 minutes of training. The upgrade totally wiped out my Organizational Hierarchy (Departments, Divisions, etc.). Now I can't figure out where to go to add them all back in. I am totally frustrated with the whole upgrade. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't bang your head against the wall. If your vendor did the upgrade call them back. Make them fix it.
