tm 3.0 and virtual route problem

I have two problems I encountered with a 3.0 option 61c cpt3/4 the first is that you cannot use telephony manager to get into the signalling server you just get a blank page, however you can use it via internet explorer. The second problem I have ran into before but cant remember what we did to fix it, when trying to add a new virtual route we keep getting an error that our zone input is out of range, all zones have been configured and we are putting in a valid zone, just looking for some advice.

when you are trying to access EM from TM, how are you doing it? Did you create a system link?

As to the zones, post your zone info and what you are attempting.

Yes we created a system link and created the signalling server in the link, this particular tm manages several other sites and we are able to pull up the other signalling servers on them, this one acts like a java problem but it is the same release as all the others, the page just comes up blank on this one and says it is done. Unfortunately the second part of your question to the zone problem I will not be able to post the zone info the customer does not allow us todo so we can only use there computers and I am not on site right now, but here it is in more detail the node is built the vgws are built and the virtual loop is built when we try to configure the virtual route you get a prompt to put in the zone for the route when we put a zone in and submit it, it gives us an error that says the input is out of range for the prdn which as we found out that is private directory number of the far end which should have nothing to do with this. We have 2 zones built both are set for shared and best quality.
