TM 2.2 on Win 2003

I have a multi site TM 2.2 Windows 2003 Server, with the latest Nortel Patches and Service Pack 1, that dosen't stay stable (can't ping the network, and have to reset the server). Can Service pack 2 be applied to the server (the initial installation and configuration said it worked with service pack 1) and would the server be more stable yet still work with TM 2.2?

I don't have an answer for you, but I'm curious about what brand of server and NIC you are using for your OTM server.

Wouldn't happen to be on a Dell 2650 or 2850 Server with a Broadcom 1gb NIC?

I do beleive it is a dell. Can't check right now though. Have you had similar problems with your dell server?

I have an Contact Center server on a Dell 2850 and Broadcom NIC, that broadcom nic dies about once a month or so forcing a reboot of my CCMS server.

I will check on the server and NIC cards.
In the mean time I found that all Microsoft Security updates to Jan 7 08 have been tested by Nortel and can be applied to the TM server. Thanks for your response.
