TLS on 9608 and 9611

Hi,

I'm trying to enable the TLS settings on my IP500V2, but I haven't had much success lately. I enabled the TLS settings from the checkbox in IPO Manager, added the self-signed root certificate (WebrootCA.pem) to the Trusted certificate authority store, and enabled the TLS settings on the deskphones, but I'm getting an "authentication error" on my H.323 phones when I'm trying to login.

Can anyone please guide me through this process?

I don't think the phone was able to the load the certificate, as I don't see it on the monitor trace. I placed the root certificate in the IP Office Trusted certificate authority store and I thought the phone would automatically pull the certificate once its rebooted.

Then it should be part of the 46xxsettings.txt über MYTRUSTEDCERT
