Anyone know if the release 4 is going to have Park or Hold timers with it? I know in the past it was something that they were looking into.

A parking lot timeout and callback to the extension that parked the call is available already in UCx 3.0. In the release 4.0, there are additional configurable options for the parking lot - for example you can select a destination where you want to send parked calls after a timeout.

The "Held Line Reminder" feature is available on release 4.0 - the feature functionality is the same as on Norstar/BCM.

A few more Norstar/BCM features added to 4.0 that might be worth mentioning - F77, F806, F811

Maybe I should have mentioned also the Join capability for adhoc conferences (you can now join calls on two buttons into a conference or use the Join soft key to add another call to a conference).

Release 4.0 is great. I have 2 systems upgraded already. Lots more options and the GUI is looking more "professional" all the time.

Great work on EMetrotel's part!

We have created the gold ISO image for UCx release 4.0 and we are shipping UCx Rls 4.0 as of June 5, 2014.
