TimerInterval events

If I want a form control to flash several times based on the setting of TimerInterval in the Form_Load events, do I have to put the procedure in the Form_OnTimer event??

Yes.

Probably put some code that first checks the color of the object, and if it is red, makes it blue, and if blue, makes it green. Set the timer to about 2000 makes it happen every 2 seconds or so.
